today.. no comm. skills lesson.. thats y i have the time to blog now..

ltr, still have the entrepreneur lecture.. which is from 1-3pm
zzz.. so sian..
1 to 3 = 2 hours
go there 15 minutes
come back 15 minutes (not counting waiting time though)
waiting time = 10 minutes estimated
therefore, 2 hr + 15 min+ 15 min + 10 min
= 2 hr 40 minutes.. i will be wasting 40 minutes of my life trying to get there and come back, which i seriously think is definitely not worth it.. considering that watever the lecturer is going to say is already in the notes.. i could have just read the notes....

thinking that the lecturer might say that he is there to clarify any doubts, the problem would be solved easily as there is also another entrepreneur tutorial tomorrow
so whatever doubts can be cleared by then..

also, if the lecturer says "tutorials will be used for tutorial activities only", there is also 3 other options that can be considered.
1) give us email- then any doubts will be clarified even without going to nyp 10 % successful

2) ask after tutorial.. i am sure this is quite feasible.. 45% can work

3) postpone the lecture to another date.. example, as good friday does not have any lessons, and the lessons on that day will be pushed back, the lecture can jus be held together with the tutorial.. thats nice 45% can work

so there are 2 solutions that can actually work

considering that the lecturer will say: " u guys are not the only group which does not have lesson before this lecture, there are others who DOES have lessons before this lecture"

this is even simpler.. as only about half or lesser of the whole ppp cohort is having lesson, which is around 20+ ppl.. they can just have the lecture cancelled, or postponed.. that will definitely be a better idea, as around 70% of the ppp people does not really understand the lecture and they would like to have themselves read through the notes and clarify.. therefore, saving a lot of time, both the lecturer's and our's, enabling us to have more time to do other stuff.. like presentations..
kill 2 birds with i think no nid stone oso.. so convenient

monday's post..
dun ask me why i post it today.. go read my previous post to understand..
really need to change my internet provider

anyway.. monday was ok.. we had to do a presentation for around 20 minutes , which is a very hard thing to do as wikipedia has so little information to talk about.. and we had to talk for 20 minutes..

anyway.. thats all bout it for the presentation.. after lunch, we had some kind of new stuff to learn.. which is for us to do a presentation (again.. well had to bear with it since i chose poly) on incorporating learning and web 2.0.. the advantages... etc..
and ltr no time.. therefore postpone to nxt wk... thats all for monday

Today...
well had drawing lesson at 1.. but lecturer was late and he came at 1.45...
but nvm..
after that, we had to present our sketches for critique..

*sidetrack* personally, I myself did not think i did very well for the sketches.. i was brainstorming very hard.. but seems i had the wrong idea bout chaos.. *back on track*

so we show our sketches... and after that, we were shown our results for the past 4 weeks there... so my results:
Nature: B
Animal: B
Human: B+
Creation: B
Overall: B

lecturer says.. quite good results.. but i think my results are just mediocre..
zzz... nvm

so basically thats today.. nvr go pool today, which i think is a great achievement cos i managed to restrained myself... ya.. so thats bout it...

another day as usual.. nothing too special..

had the entrepreneur thing in the morning.. did a financing thing for Ya Kun Kaya Toast company.. most of the period was spent on estimating the company's profit and loss, cash flow, etc. and still need to present... the word i dislike most is 'present'.. so everytime i hear present.. i will like.. sian...zzz

speaking bout presenting.. still got the kaya toast presentation that still needs to be done...

the last 2 weeks of ppp is goin to end soon..

today was just as normal as the other art days...
just that today, we had to submit the art and give some explanation..

he said my explaination was around 50%... that means not full...
thus, he gave me some examples of explanation.....

anw.. went to the elect. theatre later to see some of the lecturer's works... quite nice.. i wanted to draw like that when i was younger...
i mean was... now, i dun think i can draw like that already...
zz..

hmm...
i think either theres a prob with my internet conenction or theres a prob with blogger.com

cos... i posted yesterday and today, i cannot find the post in my blog...
and when i looked it up in blogger, theres nothing...

so.. i decided to write the post again.. tgt with today's post

well..
to begin with,
for IT lesson, we had to come up with a presentation of web 2.0... and our group had chosen wikipedia.. so we had to do the presentation based on wikipedia...
wikipedia is so not 2.0... so little customisation abilities.. call itself a web 2.0?
but nonetheless, users add value to it.. and combined with other factors.. it (by chance) became a web 2.0 website... so tyco..

drawing lesson was ok... oni that i had to improve on my human drawing, which i already knew.. therefore, i had to redraw humans again..
and the next tuesday's drawing lesson, we had to draw 'human creations' which i still had no idea of what to draw..

wednesday was fun...
8 of us in the drawing class went to the national museum of sg to see some greek exhibits, which was quite cool, seeing how the sculptures are so expertly crafted...

anw after that, watched L-change the world.. which was quite a cool movie..

ok today's post....

hmm.. comm skills, we had to do some kind of parachute.. omg.. i still dunno wat does making a parachute got to do with comm skills..
so we had to brainstorm on the parachute.. thus, wasting a lot of time
anw the week was busy.. and i think our links submission was late.. zzz... so stressed up ... never see that little bold sentence...too busy i guess.. but i shan't find excuses for myself... it was my fault..

today's post is short.. cos i got no time to write.. got to rush..
and btw i think i did not succeed in having 3 posts a week.. zzz.. so many stuff.. so little time....

wa today so sian.. fell sick... dunno whether tml can go attend lecture or not...

anyway.. still have to finish the art drawing... still got no idea on what to draw..
then drawing lesson still need to go art museum.. i think i go there oso no use.. i wont know how to appreciate art.. nvm.. i will just go there to "look at stuff" and gain "inspiration" for next week's art thing

Then dunno why my SMART Goal i send already, lecturer nvr receive.. then tml still need to hand in hard copy... basically i still do not know wat does this comm. skills is talking about... everything is like those primary schools do one.. talk with friends.. do up a skit and try to differentiate between right and wrong..

hmm.. i need to post something... but i dunno wat to post about...

its been 1 wk since i enter poly, overall was fine, except for drawing.. i still dun know how to appreciate art..
enw was ok.. learnt more bout the web 2.0 thing.. been trying to understand wat that means all this time.. now i know..

anyway, did a javascript password thing for recap today..
but sadly, cant put up here cos i think cant enter here in nyp com (library one)
..lucky nvr forget javascript after so long of nt touching javascript and html.
